If you are not satisfied with the products or services provided by this site, we will gladly provide you a full refund within 90 days of purchase or prior to the printing of any card, badge or certificate, whichever occurs first.
We can only provide a refund against the originating credit card. We cannot issue cash refunds or refunds made at the request of third-parties.
Please note NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF IMPERSONATION OR FRAUD subject to our Complaint & Appeals Policy. The credentials for refunded accounts may be deactivated.
To request a refund, email your request to Support@eFoodhandlers.com. To make sure we can find your account, please include a Certificate ID. We generally issue refunds on the same day requested. Please allow 3-5 days for bank processing.
